Ramen Magnifico

What you'll need:
  • 2 packages beef flavor Top Ramen
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ to 1 tsp. Mexican seasoning or chili powder
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Gringo Bandito hot sauce

What you'll need to do:
  1. Break up noodles in package before opening.
  2. Add noodles to 2 cups boiling water (save both seasoning packets to add to ground beef while cooking).
  3. Cook noodles uncovered, stir occasionally for 3 minutes.
  4. Rinse and drain well.
  5. Cook ground beef with seasoning packets and ½ to 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning or chili powder until meat is browned.
  6. Arrange meat over hot noodles.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and Gringo Bandito.
