Nick the Pirate's Buffalo Sloppin Sauce

Ahoy mates, this recipe makes a parrot leg taste deeelish …

I lost me leg in a quandary at sea, felt it was only fair and just that me parrot bear the same peg leg that I now must wear…

Tis okay though, my little friend still has both wings and the missing leg actually does a great job on his balance… keeps him circling me ship when he’s on watch.

It does make for a tasty chicken wing too, iffuns you don’t have parrots that need peg legs like their owners…

What you'll need:
  • 5 ounces of Ketchup… Catsup will work too, if your into that sort if thing… Frenchie
  • 5 ounces of Gringo Bandito
  • 1 hefty squirt of Honey
  • 2 Sticks o’ Butter

What you'll need to do:
  1. Grab a soup pot and pour yer ketchup and Gringo Bandito in tharrrr. The trick is to keep it even, same amounts of ketchup and GB. Turn the stove on and let that scallywag simmer… Nothing too hot though, ye don’t want it a burning.
  2. Once she’s a bubbling and a stewin, get yer butter stick and stir it up til its all one mess of tasty…
  3. Lastly take yer honey bear bottle and give it one good hearty squeeze.
  4. Now ye have yer sauce… Best thing to do now is get yer bird meat and smoke it, bake it or fry it…. Once all that’s done and ye’ve cooked all the poison out of the food, giver a good hearty dunk in yer Sloppin Sauce and chow down…
  5. If you do it right, people will be telling you , “This sauce arrrrrright!”
  6. Don’t forget to stay near the poop deck… that butter shoots right through some a the ship mates…
